First pregnancy here and everyone at ghar keeps telling me alag alag things to avoid. Im so confused now matlab what to actually skip. Can you all share a proper list?
We are trying since last month and I keep wondering kitne din baad it actually happens inside. Like does it take a few hours or days after? Bit clueless about the whole timing thing, pls explain.
Im in my 6th month and have a bad cough for few days now, har baar i cough zor se my whole pet shakes and im scared it harms the baccha inside. Is it ok or should i rush to doc?

We already have one boy and im really hoping for a girl this time. I know it mostly depends on luck but still curious agar koi position se chance better hota hai. Anyone tried something that worked? Just want to know experiences.
