My doctor actually started me on metformin in my first trimester to prevent complications. I just delivered a healthy baby boy! But yes, I only took it because my doctor told me to.
I used to drink warm milk and keep a warm (not hot) pillow on my back when my lower abdomen felt tight. But if the pain is strong, check with your gynac.
LMP se hi calculate karte hain sab gynacs, haan na? Hamein lagta hai hum 4 week pregnant hain par doctor 6 bol dete hain because of last period date. It gets confusing but scan report mein sahi likha hota hai.
Calculations simple hain: aapke last period ki start date se count hota hai. Usme 9 months and 7 days add kar lo, wahi aapki expected due date hogi. But actual confirmation scan se hi milti hai.
