Unless your doctor has put you on strict bed rest for medical reasons, climbing stairs is actually a great form of light movement. I continued my daily steps and walks after my doctor approved it. Just listen to your body and don't exert yourself.
My first scan was a transvaginal ultrasound at 8 weeks to confirm the viability of the baby. It doesn't hurt at all, just a bit of pressure. Wishing you a very safe and healthy journey ahead.
Yaar, actually it’s a total roller coaster. Some days I felt like a superwoman, and next day literally couldn't get out of bed because of nausea. Completely normal to feel this way.
I am also trying to understand my cycle better since we just got married. My mother-in-law says to just stay relaxed, but I think tracking the fertile days right after periods really helps. Hopefully, we both get our good news soon.
My little one is a toddler now but back when I was pregnant, my doctor specially asked me to eat eggs daily for baby's growth. Omelette is totally fine as long as you cook it properly. It's a great source of protein, so enjoy it!
