When I was recovering from my C-section, I used to watch educational videos on YouTube about breastfeeding and newborn care. Just make sure you only follow trusted medical experts or gynecologists' channels for correct advice.
For me, I constantly felt like a small heater during my second trimester, especially at night. I didn't take any medicine for it, just wore loose cotton clothes and kept the fan on high speed. It went back to normal after delivery!
Warm water sitz bath with a pinch of salt worked best for me, but check with your doctor first. Keep the area completely dry and wear loose cotton panties. If there's any bad smell or bleeding from the stitches, call your gynac right away.
I think this is very important and only a doctor can decide the exact time. Please consult your gynecologist or diabetologist, they will guide you safely on when to take it.
For me, it was the constant urge to pee and finding a comfortable sleeping position. I just had to accept that my sleep pattern was going to be messy.
