I am currently planning and reading up on safe medicines, and I heard pain killers like diclofenac are a big no. Better safe than sorry, so definitely call your gynac before taking anything. What did your doctor suggest for pain?
I suffered from piles post-delivery too. Cold compress works like magic to numb the pain. Just make sure not to apply ice directly to the skin.
Actually, I used to crave chilled nimbu soda a lot yaar during my first trimester. It really helped with my morning sickness, but I strictly avoided outside street vendors.
I worry about this all the time too! My doctor told me to start counting kicks from the 28th week and to call them instantly if there's any change. Are you also tracking your kick counts daily?
It is completely safe to watch such movies if you want, there is no medical reason to avoid them. Just make sure you are resting well, drinking enough water, and staying comfortable. If you ever feel any physical stress or cramps, then just take a break and rest.
