My mother-in-law told me early headaches happen because of body heat, so she made me drink coconut water every morning. It did help me feel better, but definitely check with your doctor if it's too painful.
I just delivered last month and trust me, mild stretching pain is very normal as the baby grows. Light walks after dinner and sleeping on my side with a pillow between my legs really helped. If it's a sharp cramp though, call your doctor right away.

Spotting is just light pink or brown discharge, which can be normal in early days, but always check with your doctor. I had a bit of spotting in my first trimester and went on to have a healthy normal delivery.
Eating spinach, dates, and beetroot juice with a drop of lemon can really boost iron naturally. But since you are in your 9th month, please check with your doctor first if the levels are very low. You might need iron injections if the doctor suggests, so don't ignore it.
