I just got a positive result on my home pregnancy test! I'm so excited but also want to confirm it with a doctor. When is the best time to visit a doctor to confirm pregnancy and start check-ups?
I'm in my very early pregnancy weeks and want to make sure I'm eating right. Can you please tell me which foods are best to eat during this important phase? I want to give my baby the best start.
