Arey don't feel shy, it is completely natural. Just avoid lying flat on your back in second and third trimester. Side-lying positions are the safest and most comfortable for both.
No need to buy fancy organic foods. Just avoid unripe papaya, pineapple, and outside Chinese food with MSG. Stick to simple ghar ka dal-chawal, roti, and well-cooked sabzi.
Just try to rest and drink a warm cup of caffeine-free tea or milk. Taking a warm shower also helped me a lot. Take care and consult your doctor if it gets too painful.
For early weeks, they might do an internal scan which is a surprise if you aren't expecting it! Later on, it's just cold jelly on the tummy and trying not to pee while they press down. Trust me, it's an adventure.
