I think I might be pregnant, but it's very early, maybe only a week since conception. I'm curious if an ultrasound can detect a pregnancy this early, or do I need to wait longer for a scan to show anything? I'm so eager to confirm.
Doc gave me iron tablets but the timing confuses me, morning ya night, with food or empty stomach? When i take it after lunch i feel thoda nauseous. What worked best for u all?

My allergies are acting up so bad, constant sneezing and itchy eyes, used to take allegra before. Now im 12 weeks and scared to take anything on my own. Anyone took allegra in pregnancy or is there something safer? will ask doc also.
My period is 4 days late and im too impatient for home tests yaar. Want to do a blood test to be sure. How early can it actually show? pls share.
