I just found out I'm pregnant and I'm very excited! When is the usual time to take the first ultrasound scan during pregnancy? I want to know when I can see my little one for the first time.
My mother-in-law keeps telling me to eat soaked almonds for health, but I'm a bit hesitant during pregnancy. Is it safe to include almonds in my daily diet while expecting? Any advice would be great.
