My doctor prescribed me folic acid, and everyone says it's very important. Why is folic acid given during pregnancy? What are its benefits for me and the baby?
I've been getting really painful leg cramps, especially at night. What causes these leg cramps during pregnancy and what can I do to get some relief? They are really disturbing my sleep.
