I sometimes take isabgol for digestion, but now that I'm pregnant, I'm unsure. Is it safe to consume isabgol during pregnancy?
My bp was slightly on the higher side at my last checkup and now im a bit worried. Im in 2nd trimester. Just want to understand what range is considered normal during pregnancy. Will confirm with doc also.
