I have PCOS and I'm currently pregnant. I'm a bit worried about how PCOS might affect my pregnancy and if it can cause any complications. Has anyone else with PCOS had a smooth pregnancy journey?
I'm a bit confused about the state of the cervix during pregnancy. Is the cervix typically closed throughout pregnancy to protect the baby? I'd appreciate some clarification on this.
Just found out im expecting, around 5 weeks i think, and so far no nausea at all. Half of me is relieved aur half is worried something is wrong. When did the morning sickness kick in for u all?

Been having so much gas and acidity past few days, like really bohot ज्यादा. Period not due for another week but this gastric feeling is new for me. Can this be an early sign or am i just overthinking it yaar?
