Just dont stress too much yaar, that is half the battle. Watch your fav shows, take small walks, talk to your baby. Enjoy the little kicks, they are magical.
Beta, cold milk and a little saunf after food gave me relief in my days. Eat slowly and not too much at once. If it is very bad, ask your doctor for something safe, dont self take.
I had this in pregnancy and a bit after delivery too, felt embarrassing honestly but it's so normal. Kegel exercises helped me recover. Be kind to urself, ur body is doing so much.
I cant give medical advice but I will share, my bleeding was unusual and not like my normal period and they found it was ectopic on scan. So dont assume bleeding means everything is fine. Get it checked to be safe.
