Poha is one of the few breakfasts I can eat without nausea. I add peanuts and lemon, but my MIL says it is too light. Is it fine as regular breakfast?
Constipation has been really bad this past week and nothing is working, im so uncomfortable. Someone suggested an enema but im scared to try anything on my own now. Did anyone use it during pregnancy, is it safe?
