My baby was born just a few weeks ago and I'm wondering when it's generally safe to resume having sex. I'm a bit confused about the postpartum period.

My gynac wrote fetal echo on my next scan list and I honestly dont know what it is. Im 22 weeks and got a bit tension, is it some special test for the baby's heart? Anyone who has done it pls share.
