I was taking Ovacare before I got pregnant, and now I'm wondering if it's safe to continue. Is Ovacare safe during pregnancy, or should I stop using it? My doctor hasn't given clear instructions yet.
Got a bad cold and blocked nose, was thinking of taking steam for relief. But not sure if its fine in pregnancy. Anyone did face steaming during these months?
