I'm trying to understand the different stages of pregnancy. How many weeks are typically included in each trimester, and what are the general timelines?
I've heard conflicting things and I'm a bit confused. Is it possible for menstruation or ovulation to still happen when you are already pregnant?

Third trimester and the heartburn is unbearable, especially at night i cant even lie down properly. Im not eating spicy stuff also but still it burns. What worked for u all? any home thing that gives some relief, im desperate honestly.
Everyone keeps using this word nausea and morning sickness but im not fully sure what exactly it feels like. I feel a bit off in mornings na but dont know if thats it. Can someone explain what to expect?
