Please stay positive and take care of yourself, this phase will pass too. You can try sitting in a tub of warm water (sitz bath) for some relief ghar pe, it is very soothing. Do consult your doctor once so they can guide you safely.
Expect to feel movements earlier and show sooner! But honestly, you will also be much more tired this time around.
