In my third trimester, even drinking water gives me heartburn, so I feel your pain! My doctor actually allowed me to take Gelusil syrup when it gets unbearable. Just ask your doc once to confirm the dose, and join the acidity club, haha!
Hey, don't stress too much about this! Just cut down on direct sweets, maida, and white rice. Try to eat whole grains, oats, and lots of green veggies. Your doctor can also give you a proper diet chart.
Just steer clear of raw papaya and raw fish. Honestly, I was too tired and nauseous to eat much anyway during those first 3 months.
I also wanted a grand shoot but was so tired due to my thyroid fluctuations. If u plan outdoor, please make sure u don't overexert and keep ur doctor visits in mind, fatigue can hit suddenly.
I completely understand how every little movement can make you feel so anxious in the early days. Bending is generally very safe because your body is built to protect the baby. Just try to do it slowly and avoid any sudden, jerky movements.
