I eat a handful of badam and nuts daily but my sugar was borderline last time. Now im thinking kahin nuts to nahi badha rahe. Are they safe for someone watching their sugar? Pls share.

My MIL keeps giving me barley water saying it's good for swelling and all. I'm 6 months now and honestly not sure if it's safe to have daily. Anyone here had barley water during pregnancy?
