I think I might be pregnant, but I don't have a pregnancy test strip at home right now. Are there any traditional or home remedies to check for pregnancy without using a strip?

Ive been having bad itching on my palms and feet at night, doc asked for a bile acid test. Now im waiting for results and reading up while i worry. Anyone know what level is considered normal in pregnancy?
Im 14 weeks and since 2 days my throat is so itchy, keeps making me cough na. I dont want to take anything random without asking and will tell my gynac in next visit. Till then what did u all do for relief, any safe home thing?
