My doctor mentioned my placenta is a bit small. I'm worried about my baby's growth. Are there any general suggestions or things I can do to help support a healthy placenta during pregnancy?
Doctor wrote clingen for me but i forgot to ask if its totally safe for baby. Im in early pregnancy so naturally extra worried about everything. Did anyone use it during pregnancy?

Honestly these days I forget everything yaar, kal I left my keys in the fridge by mistake. Is it the hormones doing something to the brain or am I just overthinking? curious if others felt this foggy too.
