Im a first time mom, 5 months, and har thodi der me kuch na kuch pain hota hai, kabhi kamar kabhi pet ke side me. I keep panicking thinking is this normal or should i call doc. Can you ladies tell which pains are just normal pregnancy stuff?
Honestly, almost every kind of new ache felt 'normal' to me because my body was just a mess with morning sickness! But generally, mild period-like cramps or stretching pains in the lower belly are common. If it's really bad or comes with other symptoms, pls call your doc.
With work and everything, small aches are easy to ignore. Mild pelvic pressure, round ligament pain (sharp jolt on sudden movement), or general back soreness are usually normal. But if it's constant, severe, or you feel uneasy, calling your doc is the most practical thing to do.
Don't worry, many pains are actually normal! I used to panic over every little twinge. Things like mild uterine stretching, some back discomfort, or what feels like period cramps can be common. But if it feels really wrong, intense, or if there's any bleeding, trust your gut and talk to your gynac right away.
Oh god, so many pains seem to pop up during pregnancy. I had round ligament pain and some backaches which my doctor said were normal. The key is to discuss everything with your gynac in your regular check-ups, especially if it worries you or gets worse.
Hmm, during pregnancy, your body is changing so much. Mild cramping, especially in the first trimester, or some dull back pain is often part of it. As your uterus grows, you might feel stretching sensations too. Just listen to your body and always discuss anything concerning with your doctor.
Light cramping, round ligament pain, or a general achiness can be normal, especially if you're active. I found walking helped me, but always check with your gynac about what's okay for your body. If pain is severe or sharp, def call your doc.
Small aches and mild back pain are quite common, my mother-in-law also told me this. Sometimes you feel stretching pains in your belly. But for anything unusual or strong, please don't hesitate, speak to your doctor immediately.
