Period 6 din late hai and im totally new to all this. Dont even know proper how to check at home or kab karna chahiye. Pls someone guide simply, getting a little nervous.

Bit confused about my cycle timing honestly. Period ended just 3 days ago and now im wondering if pregnancy is even possible so soon. Is this a safe time or not? pls clear my doubt.
Im in my 4th month and constipation ne pareshan kar diya hai, har subah struggle hota hai. Pani aur fruits le rahi hu phir bhi koi farak nahi. Koi gharelu tareeka ya tips ho to pls share, bohot uncomfortable feel hota hai.
