Oh, during my first trimester, I felt so nauseous that banana chips were one of the few salty things I could actually keep down. Eating them in small amounts really comforted me during those tough days.
In my experience, those monthly checkups and scans were the only things that kept my anxiety away. Later on, the kicks will tell you everything. Even after my C-section, looking back, I realize how perfectly nature works.
It takes time sometimes, so please don't lose hope. For me, regular walking and keeping a happy mind worked wonders. Just keep trying and stay positive, your time will come.
Oh yes, absolutely! I panicked so much when I had both bloating and loose motions in my 8th week, thinking it was a bad sign. But my doctor said hormonal changes and sudden diet shifts can easily cause this, so relax, it's quite normal.
I remember being so exhausted with morning sickness and then seeing random blood test reports going high, it's so stressful! Honestly, most of the time it is just the placenta doing its job. Drink plenty of water, eat simple food, and ask your doctor to explain the report so you can sleep peacefully.
