My friend who is not pregnant and has never given birth recently told me she has some milky discharge from her breasts. Why would breast milk happen without pregnancy? Is this something serious?
Twice this week mera naak started bleeding suddenly, never had this before pregnancy. Im in second trimester now. Got a little scared tbh, is this a normal thing or should i mention to my gynac?

My mom always cooks in til oil at ghar and i use it too, but someone told me sesame is not good in pregnancy. Now im a little unsure. Is it actually fine to use? pls share.
My period is around 28-30 days usually and im already 2 days late. Thoda confused if today is the right time to test or should I wait more. Dont want a wrong result yaar.
