BP changes can sometimes be serious, especially if it goes high. Please don't ignore any dizziness or headaches. Let your gynac evaluate it to keep you and baby safe.
My little one is a toddler now but I still remember those kicks clearly. Early on it just feels like thoda fluttering, and sometimes you miss it if you are busy. Don't worry if it's not very strong yet, it gets very active by 28 weeks!
When I was staying with my parents, they made sure I had zero stress and ate simple, low-salt home meals. Along with that, keeping in touch with my doctor kept my BP perfectly normal.
Roughly there's the early dating one, the NT scan, the detailed anomaly scan and growth scans in the last months. Doctor adds more if needed. Just dont skip the anomaly one, it's important.
