Corn is actually great because it has dietary fiber which helps with pregnancy constipation. Just a practical tip: make sure it is boiled or roasted thoroughly to avoid any stomach bugs. Avoid buying the pre-boiled cups from malls if they've been sitting out.
Actually I also had this doubt in my first trimester but was too shy to ask. My gynac said it is normal unless you have spotting or a high-risk pregnancy. Did anyone else actually do it or did you guys avoid it completely?

Feeling extremely tired and having sore breasts can definitely happen around 3 weeks. Since I had thyroid issues, I learned how important it is to get blood tests done early. Please fix an appointment with your gynac soon so they can guide you on the right path.
Oh absolutely, I remember running to the washroom every 20 minutes in my first trimester! It's completely normal because the growing uterus starts pressing against your bladder. Don't worry, it gets a bit better in the second trimester.
