I'm just 6 weeks pregnant and already feeling some back pain. Is it normal to experience back pain so early in pregnancy, or should I be concerned?
I noticed some dark almost blackish spotting few days before my period was due and now im confused. My periods are late also. Could this be an early pregnancy thing? planning to test soon but couldnt stop thinking about it.
I love spicy food and our ghar ka khana always has green chili. People keep saying avoid spice in pregnancy. Is thoda chili actually fine or should I cut it fully?
My bp came high in last checkup and doc said keep watching it. Mujhe thoda tension ho raha hai because of the baby. Looking for simple things people did to keep it in control, agar koi hindi me bata sake to better.
Sorry if this sounds silly, i kept hearing the word conceiving in some work context and got confused matlab is it different from the baby meaning? just trying to understand properly.
