Travel ka toh pata nahi par raste ka dhabe ka khana are my absolute favorite cravings right now, haha! I traveled in my 5th month by train and it was quite comfy. Just carry home-made snacks and clean drinking water so your stomach doesn't get upset.
Mere saath bhi stomach discomfort was there, but honestly, my heavy nausea and vomiting made everything feel ten times worse. Sometimes it's just gas or bloating because of hormones. Try having small meals and stay hydrated, but if the pain is sharp, pls call your doc immediately.
I'm in my second trimester now and honestly, I used to read these things online too because of family pressure. But my doctor said it's purely scientific and random. Did anyone else also feel this pressure from relatives to have a boy?
I tracked my ovulation while doing daily yoga, but even then, the gynac's dating scan is what we relied on. Don't stress too much about the exact day, just focus on your daily walks if your doctor has allowed it.
