In my third trimester now and trust me, pregnancy has so many weird signs it's crazy! Spotting can be implantation, but honestly, instead of playing detective on the internet, just call your gynac's assistant. Save your energy because you are going to need a lot of it later!
My MIL and mom both made sure I stayed away from raw papaya and pineapple, which is traditional advice in our homes. They also didn't let me do any heavy chores in the first three months. It's nice to have elders around to pamper you, just make sure you balance it with your doctor's advice.
Oh dear, seafood makes me so anxious because of the mercury levels and food poisoning risk! Squid is technically safe if cooked perfectly, but I would worry too much about it being undercooked. Maybe ask your doctor once if it's really okay for u?

Please consult your doctor before doing even simple exercises. I had a low-lying placenta and was put on complete bed rest, so no exercise was allowed for me. Your doctor knows your case best.
