I am trying to plan my diet for when I get pregnant. Is it true that we should completely stop eating pickles and papad, or is a tiny bit okay if we make them at home with less salt?
I am currently in my 5th month and my MIL bought this box for me yesterday. I am thoda scared to try it without asking my gynac first. Have any of u started it without asking your doc, or should I wait for my next checkup?
Haha, pregnancy makes our bodies do the weirdest things! I felt like a boxer in a ring sometimes with those random nosebleeds. It's normal but do check with your doctor so you don't feel like you are in a daily action movie.
With my PCOS, my cycles were always so irregular that testing too early only gave me stress. Ideally, wait for about 2 weeks or after your missed period date. Don't lose hope if it shows negative early on, just give it some time and test again calmly.
After our long IVF journey, I was terrified of doing anything wrong, including weight gain. My doctor gently guided me that gaining 10-12 kgs gradually is healthy and safe. Just take it one step at a time, your body is doing a beautiful job.
