I'm reading about ectopic pregnancies and feeling a bit scared. What are the signs or symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy, and what does it feel like? How would I know?

I dont take regular milk well, makes me feel bloated, so thinking of switching to soy milk. Im in my first trimester. Is soy milk okay during pregnancy or are there any concerns? would love to hear ur experiences.
Im 10 weeks and this nausea is honestly draining me, cant eat anything properly and feel sick whole din. I just want to know roughly when it gets better so i have something to look forward to. Pls tell me it ends soon yaar.
Im around 5 weeks i think and noticing more white sticky discharge than usual. Its making me a bit tense, dont know if this is normal so early or something to worry about. Did u also have this?
