I have a bad cough, and every time I cough, I worry if it might be affecting my early pregnancy. Can severe coughing harm the baby in the first trimester?
Its been 4 months since delivery and the belly is still there, looks like im pregnant only. Thoda frustrated honestly. What worked for you ladies to slowly get it back? pls share, gentle stuff only.

Sitaphal is my fav fruit and its in season right now. But MIL said avoid it during pregnancy, idk why. Is it actually fine to eat? thoda confused.
