Will coughing affect early pregnancy?

I have a bad cough, and every time I cough, I worry if it might be affecting my early pregnancy. Can severe coughing harm the baby in the first trimester?

The amniotic fluid is a perfect shock absorber, coughing won't harm the fetus. Just see a doctor if you have a fever.

Baby is safe inside but heavy coughing can cause stomach strain, check with gynac once for some safe cough syrup.
