Im in my 5th month and everyone in ghar keeps saying kesar milk se baby fair hoga and all. I just wanna know the right way to take it na, like in milk or how much. Anyone here who actually took kesar during preg?
My gynac said baby is not yet head down and im in my 32nd week. Got a little tensed, is there something i can do at home to help baby turn? Anyone whose baby moved into position later, pls tell.
I was using ovulation strips that detect LH before i conceived. Now im pregnant and just curious matlab does LH still stay in the body? random doubt but it stuck in my head.
