My gynac said baby is not yet head down and im in my 32nd week. Got a little tensed, is there something i can do at home to help baby turn? Anyone whose baby moved into position later, pls tell.
Don't stress too much about the head fixing right now, babes! Sometimes it only happens right when labor starts, especially if it's not your first. Just do some easy walking and let nature do its thing.
Baby head engagement or 'fixing' usually happens after 36 weeks. Regular walking and staying upright helps gravity do the work. If your doctor says everything is fine, there’s no need to panic or try anything risky.
Aap bilkul chinta mat karo. Roz subah-shaam thoda thoda tehalna shuru karo, usse bachha apne aap niche aa jata hai. Apni dadi-nani ki baat suno aur jyada bhaari kaam mat karna.
Beta, to help the baby's head engage, you can start sitting on a low stool or doing gentle squatting if your body allows. Walking slowly in the courtyard also helps. But please don't push yourself too hard and listen to your elders and doctor.
Please do not try any strenuous exercises or home remedies to force the baby's head down without consulting your doctor. I had a breech baby and trying to force it can sometimes cause complications. Let your gynac guide you safely.
I am also trying to get my baby's head down! My doctor suggested sitting on a gym ball and bouncing gently. Has anyone else tried this, and did it actually help you drop the baby?
My pregnancy tracker app recommended doing pelvic tilts and spending time on a birthing ball to help the baby's head engage. It really helps open up the pelvis. Just make sure your doctor has cleared you for these movements.
