I count my pregnancy weeks by what cravings I have each week, haha! But officially, you just count from the first day of your last period. It's so fun to see how the baby grows week by week while I enjoy my daily snacks.

My app tracker showed that symptoms usually kick in around the 5th or 6th week of pregnancy, which is about 2 weeks after your missed period. Some lucky people get them early, like mild nausea and fatigue around week 4. Try using a tracking app, it helps map these symptoms beautifully!
