Im around 30 weeks and noticed some watery stuff coming from my breast yesterday. Got a little scared honestly. Is this normal during pregnancy or should i mention it to my gynac?
Delivered 2 weeks back via c section and nurse gave me a binder. Im wearing it but not sure how long i should continue, full din ya bas kuch hours? pls share ur experience ladies.
Iss garmi mein paani peene ka mann hi nahi karta aur fir thoda chakkar sa lagta hai. Pata hai hydration important hai but plain paani bohot bor karta hai. Aap log kaise manage karte ho, kuch tips do na.
