After meals i feel so bloated and heavy, used to have hajmola before pregnancy. Craving it now actually but scared to just pop it. Is it fine in moderation or better to avoid?
My mom got some talmakhana and said its good for me but i wasnt sure during pregnancy. Im exactly 13 weeks now. Has anyone had it in early months, is it fine na?
