After meals i feel so bloated and heavy, used to have hajmola before pregnancy. Craving it now actually but scared to just pop it. Is it fine in moderation or better to avoid?
I literally had my baby last month and honestly, I popped a couple of Hajmolas whenever I felt bloated. My gynac said one or two is totally fine, but don't eat the whole packet. It has high salt which can increase blood pressure, so be careful.
Having PCOS made me super cautious about every single thing I ate. Hajmola has a lot of salt and black salt, which might not be great if you have bloating or high BP. Better to ask your doctor once or stick to fresh lemon water instead.
Aww, the classic hajmola cravings! I used to keep the purple one in my purse all the time when I was pregnant. My toddler is perfectly fine, so don't worry, an occasional tablet for digestion is harmless.
Actually, Hajmola contains a lot of unrefined salts and spices. While a single tablet won't hurt, it's best to consult your doctor if you are facing constant acidity. They can prescribe a safe antacid that works much better.
I had a normal delivery last year and had a very smooth pregnancy. I used to eat a Hajmola sometimes after heavy meals to ease digestion. Just keep your water intake high and don't make it a daily habit!
