Saw this mentioned somewhere and got curious, im currently 4 months pregnant. Not planning anything on my own, just want to understand. Will obviously ask my gynac but wanted others view too.
I have a small fibroid that they found in my early scan and now im 12 weeks. Wondering if they remove it while pregnant ya they just leave it and watch. Anyone with same thing?
Im 22 weeks and someone told me squats are good for normal delivery. But honestly im scared of doing it wrong and hurting my back. Anyone who did this safely, how do u manage the balance?

Noticed a little spotting the next morning and now my mind is going everywhere. We are trying so part of me is hopeful but part is tension. Is this an early sign or something else? want to check with my gynac also.
