Bananas are excellent during pregnancy, blindly go for them! They have potassium which helps with those painful leg cramps, and they are great for morning sickness too. Just eat one daily, but avoid it late at night if you get a cold easily.
Itchy bumps that look like insect bites are quite common and often called PUPPP or hormonal hives. Keep your skin well-moisturized with a gentle lotion and avoid hot water baths. Definitely let your gynac know so they can suggest a safe soothing cream.
