I've been taking a coral calcium supplement. Now that I'm pregnant, I'm unsure if it's safe to continue using it during this time.
I really enjoy sandwiches, especially with different fillings. Is it safe for me to eat sandwiches during pregnancy, or are there certain ingredients I should avoid? I want to make sure I'm eating safely.
