This month my period came but it was very light, just 2 din and barely anything. Normally i bleed properly. Could this actually be implantation type bleeding and not real period? Confused honestly, anyone faced same?

Im about 6 weeks and feeling some burning and discomfort down there. Dont know if its connected to pregnancy or something separate. Will check with my doctor but wanted to hear if others had this early on.
