Don't stress too much, low hemoglobin is super common in pregnancy and easily manageable! Just munch on some dates and figs, and make sure you're taking your doctor-prescribed iron tablets daily. You'll feel much more energetic soon, trust me!
I am also trying to keep my fluids up by drinking lots of water and coconut water daily. My gynac said it's the simplest way to maintain the levels. Are you also facing frequent urination because of drinking so much water?
Haha, yes! And let me tell you, that first trimester fatigue is just training for the actual sleepless nights after the baby arrives. Enjoy the sleep now, because once the little boss comes, naps become a luxury!
I was throwing up so much in the beginning that dehydration gave me terrible calf cramps. Keep sipping coconut water or ORS if you can't keep food down.
Yes, totally safe! Honestly, oranges and lemonade are the only things keeping me alive and refreshed in this heavy third trimester. Just don't eat too many if you have acidity like me.
