The 9th month is generally from week 36 to week 40, when your baby is fully formed and getting ready to come out. In my experience, you might feel a lot of pressure down there as the baby drops, so just take it easy and get as much sleep as you can before breastfeeding days start.
Any kind of bleeding during pregnancy needs a doctor's attention immediately. Please don't wait for forum replies, just call your gynac right away.

Mine was sorest early on and again near the end when the breasts started preparing for feeding. A good soft maternity bra made a big difference for me. It is all the body getting ready for nursing, totally normal.
I keep waking up on my back and then panic ki kuch ho na jaye. Does anyone else feel this? My doc said dont stress, just turn to left side if you notice it.
