My family and I are hoping to have a baby boy this time. I've heard some old wives' tales about timing and diet. Is there any particular month that is considered 'best' or more likely for conceiving a baby boy?

Im ttc and these days getting this heavy pressure type headache around my nose and forehead, feels like sinus. Period is due in a week. Just wondering if anyone felt this as an early sign or is it just my usual sinus acting up.
