Log 9 mahine bolte hain par calculation to weeks mein hi chalta hai, so safely 40 weeks maan ke chalo. Apne bag pack kar ke 36-37 weeks se hi ready rakh lena chahiye, taaki end moment pe koi bhagam-bhag na ho. Gynac se regular check up karwate raho sab smooth rahega.

Please don't worry too much. As long as you take your doctor's prescribed medicine on time, thyroid will not affect your pregnancy or baby negatively.
I'm planning my pregnancy too and have been reading a lot about how conception actually works. Realistically, rubbing does not cause pregnancy because the sperm needs to be deposited inside or right at the vaginal entrance to swim up. So you can absolutely stay relaxed about this!
